-- Son of former WWF,WCW & WWE Champion Hulk Hogan, Nick Hogan, entered a no plea deal today in a court room with charges stemming from the August 27, 2007 wreck that left his friend John Graziano badly injured.

Nick was sentenced to eight months incarceration in a federal prison which will immediately begin.

He was also sentenced to five years probation which would include a no alcohol provision. Also, he must complete 500 hours of community service. He will also have his drivers license revoked until he is 21 years old.

The lawyer for Nick Hogan, Kevin Hayslett told reporters outside the court room that Nick was "Happy with the sentence" and wanted "resolution out of respect for his friend John".

Hayslett told the media that Nick was not a convicted felon and that he would go onto do good things with his life.
