TMZ.com is reporting that Nick Hogan will not fight the felony charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. He will either plead guilty or no contest. Hogan will enter an "open plea" meaning the judge will have complete leeway in the sentencing. The maximum sentence for this charge is five years in prison.
