The Saint Petersburgh Times is reporting that the family of John Graziano, the injured passenger who was involved in a serious car accident with Nick Hogan, has filed a lawsuit againsrt Nick Hogan as well as his parents Linda & Hulk Hogan.

The suit is claiming that Nick, Terry, Linda, and his friend Daniel Jacobs were negligent in acts leading up to the accident which put Graziano in critical condition. Lawyers for the Graziano family are seeking damages costing millions of dollars noting that medical bills for Graziano has surpassed the million dollar mark and he will need medical care for the rest of his life.

The lawyers noted that Graziano is in a semi conscious state, and had a portion of his frontal lobe of his brain removed due to results from the injuries he sustained. The lawyers stated that the money could be put in a trust fund for his care.

Breaking down the lawsuit, Terry Bollea(Hulk Hogan) is being held responsible for three counts, as he is liable as the owner of the cars Nick Hogan & Daniel Jacobs were driving.

The suit also states that Linda Bollea(Hogan) is liable for knowing of her son's "reckless" driving and even "encouraged his dangerous behavior".

Nick Bollea(Hogan) is obviously being named for his speeding and racing as well as consuming alcohol while underage.
